Rates for 1BR cottages are based on single or double occupancy.

Rates for 2BR cottages are based on occupancy of four persons.

Extra person charge = $20 per person per day

No charge for children under 12

Pets in select units - $20 per pet per day fee

All cottages have screened porches except unit #28, #29, #30, and #32

10% weekly discount – SUMMER ONLY

For your privacy, there are no phones in any of the rooms.

All cottages have daily towel service and weekly maid service (For your privacy, there is no daily maid service).

One night deposit required to confirm a reservation.
